My most successful batch so far. Colour, texture, composition are perfect! And, as a bonus, lightly scented rose fragrance lingering in the apartment!!

Happy Birthday to me in a few hours!!
Had a nice dinner tonight instead of tomorrow cos most restaurants are closed on Sundays. It has been so cooooooooooooooooold these days!!

I wish for health and happiness to both my family and close friends. And, may I become an even better person with another year added to my age!
