Learnt this from my mil.
A very light, tasty and healthy dish that's very rich in fibre and vitamins.
W eats this since he was a baby.
Like the rest of the French babies.

There's a reason why I don't see a lot of fat French, and why 1/3 of the American population is obese. Genetic plays an important role, but I think diet is as important or even more important because we are what we eat. Even the pregnant ladies I saw only have their bellies growing throughout their pregnancy, the rest of their bodies are so slim! No signs of bloating whatsoever.

School children here are rarely overweight, lest to say obese. I don't see many of them wearing spectacles like us back in Singapore too.

Apart from their smoking and drinking habits, shouldn't there be something we can learn from the lifestyle of French?
