1. "Mi chula" basically translates to "My cutie".
2. "Chula" is a Spanish word that means cute girl or sexy girl in English. It can also means my true love. Some people also use the word as a nickname for their loved ones. 
3. Me quieres mi Chula means: Do you love me, my "pretty girl"?. Chula is use in Mexico and a few other Latin countries for beautiful woman.
4. Sexy, Fine // The way a guy calls a girl if she is sexy // means cute or sexy in spanish. A girl that is hot, somewhat lady like//Gorgeous, lovely, pretty, cute, beautiful, fine,precious; the act of doing something good // Que chula; how beautiful
5. Chulo (masculine) and chula(feminine) means beautiful or pretty. One might say "Que chula niña" (What a pretty girls) or a guy might use the pickup line "¿Que onda chula?" (what's up cutie?). Chula Vista means "Pretty or Nice View." There is a famous Mexico City restaurant serving Puebla (a Mexican state)style food. The restaurant is called Que Chula es Puebla or Puebla is so Beautiful. Looking at the masculine version of the word "chulo" can be applied to males in approximately the same way except recently to call a man a "Chulo" is basically the same as calling him a pimp.
