Printemps 2012 #30

I wanted to try some of the ideas I have in my head this long weekend. Thank god for May in France, almost every week is a 4-day work week!! =D

Cheese meatballs before going onto the heated pan. 

The white specks are bread crumbs. I used a mixed of beef and pork.

I made 30 of them and all 30 were gone in one setting!!

Steamed, moist chocolate cake with chocolate fudge topping. 

Yes, this cake was steamed, not baked using an oven.

Are you able to make out the layer of fudge and the steamed, moist chocolate cake?

Can you see how moist and dense it is? =)
