I eat this cold, like soba or cha soba. I prefer this and cha soba actually.
Find them much more refreshing than soba, which is made of from buckwheat flour.

The weather now is at an average of 20degs celcius in the day, but I find it too hot to eat steaming hot food for lunch already. I don't know how I would feel if I go back to Singapore where it will be much hotter than Spring weather.
