I came up with this lame name cos I'm feeling lame at the moment. Hahahaha!! Just pretend this is some kind of CNY dish where they come up with all kinds of cheesy names for the occasion.
This thing is real good stuff though cos I simmer it in chicken broth before transferring it to my bento box for tmr with belachan added by the side!!! - Monday. Thank goodness this is a 4-day week again! Yipeeyippeyoooo!!
