Singapore has the best Hainanese Chicken rice. Even better than those selling at Hainan. I'm lucky the Chinatown here is not too bad at all. They do import a few brands from Singapore and I found Yeo's Chicken Rice chilli sauce.

Authentic Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice with Asparagus!!
I've de-boned the chicken before packing them into my bento. Makes it easier when I'm eating them. Those in the pic is from the drumstick.
