Din Tai Fung 鼎泰豐 Dumplings House

Din Tai Fung undeniably sells one of the best steamed soup dumplings and fried rice in the world. W always make sure he dines here as many times as he could. This restaurant is so confident of their food that one of their trademark is to have an open concept kitchen inside their restaurant for customers to watch how their chefs prepare all the food. 

Food you MUST order in this restaurant: 

1. Appetiser - "Vegetarian Delight in Special Vinegar Dressing".
2. Fried rice (They have an assortment, but you cannot go wrong with the prawns toppings, the pork chop or, it even taste good plain!)
3. Steamed Pork Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao)!! (Again, they have a variety of it, we always choose the original or the ones with the prawns on top)
4. Prawn Pancake
5. Prawn dumplings soup or noodles
6. Stir-fried Dou-Miao
