Printemps 2012 #26

After playing around in the kitchen and baking last night, the presentation of my banana nutella cake went like this in the morning at 09h.


The cake was almost all gone by 10h...

And, the last Hello Kitty was eaten by J, my fav person in the office. She sent me this via MMS in the evening when I was already out of the office with the heading, "Yummy!! =)"

I'm going to improve on the recipe. The american recipe needs buttermilk, but there's no buttermilk in Paris. I read thatadding a bit of lemon juice or vinegar to regular milk does the trick? But, adding vinegar to a cake mixture sounds very very weird to me...
